Damage Deposit Please note that a security deposit of €300 is required by credit card through a secure link sent before arrival. Following the departure inspection, the security deposit will be fully refunded within a maximum of seven days, provided that no damage, missing items, additional cleaning requirements, or breach of the rental terms has been identified.
